SHIPPING:
We have two shipping options for you to choose from. Cost will vary based on location, weight and where you live.
USPS Priority Mail: This will ensure your package within 2-3 days and even includes Saturdays! The rates for the USPS Priority mail are based on weight. To find out what the fee will be for your order, simply click on the order button next to the products you want to place in your shopping cart. On the first shopping basked page it will show you the full shipping rates for the method you chose. With USPS you get an order confirmation from SportTech along with tracking information that you can use to track your package all the way to your doorstep, free of charge!
UPS: Typically, 2-5 days including Saturday for home delivery. Most shipments arrive in 2-3 days and depending on your location, UPS may be less than USPS. Our shipping charges are straight pass through charges. Unlike many, we do not charge anything additional on our end to keep our costs the lowest available.DAMAGED GOODS:
We make every effort to package your products the best we can so that they will be in perfect condition when they arrive at your door. Unfortunately, in rare cases an item may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration and we will do what ever it takes to resolve the problem immediately.
To get a replacement, simply use our contact form, email us at: , or call us at 248-684-0605 and provide your name, order number and the item what was damanged. We will send you a new product immediately and also arrange for the damaged product to be returned to us for inspection. We’d like to apologize in advance for the inconvience if this should happen.
WRONG ITEM:
If you received the wrong item from what you ordered, we will fix the problem immediately at no cost to you. Simply use our contact form, email us at: , or call us at 248-684-0605 and provide your name, order number and the item that was sent in error. We will send you the correct item immediately.
